MY VOWS

I have had the honour of serving in various roles, including the IT sector, both hands-on and in training others. I can explain my expertise by my desire to learn and understand. I believe that the more knowledge I have, the better I can apply it. That’s why I try everything and learn different ways of doing things. My expertise and skills have created solutions that I can implement. So here is my promise regarding my work approach and methods:

  1. MY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE, AND I RESPECT MY TEAMMATES

The customer is important, but a company is history without a good team. I invest in creating good team spirit and customer satisfaction through my actions, authenticity, and positivity. A little smile wouldn’t hurt here either.

  1. I ALWAYS KEEP GOALS IN MIND AND ACT TO ACHIEVE THEM

All company activities should align with the business’s documented goals. Marketing efforts should be planned according to what one strategically wants to achieve, not more or less. If the priority is selling a product or service rather than solving the customer’s problem, it will show.

  1. I UTILISE SOCIAL MEDIA TOOLS EFFECTIVELY AND CORRECTLY AS MARKETING TOOLS

I use the marketing tools offered by social media to improve customer engagement with the company. Brand value is everything, and fortunately, building a brand is one of my strengths. Using social media isn’t just about likes and pretty pictures; it aims to engage and convert into CRM and billing. Branding includes stylish design and well-made images, and I have an eye for both.

  1. I AM METHODICAL

Whatever I do, I do it systematically and goal-oriented. I don’t compromise on quality. Marketing can be done without sales, but sales cannot be done without marketing. Being methodical makes it easy to keep all threads in hand and develop new things. Who has time to shoot in the dark nowadays?

  1. I STRATEGICALLY ANALYSE OPERATIONS AND ADJUST AS NEEDED

The strategy is created, and operational methods are put into use. Certain methods only last for a while, so the strategy needs to be regularly reviewed and changed. This involves using analytical tools and monitoring. My skills in using these have grown quite extensively throughout my career, so the value of analysis is clearly seen economically.


Who is this woman?

I am an energetic professional with expertise prioritising customer-centricity and solution-focused approaches. With me, you’ll find the solution yourself once we raise goals and strategies a bit. I am also happy to assist in achieving your goals as a colleague or team member. I have completed an MBA degree from Tampere Education Community with an average of 4.9/5. The education has developed me towards a more strategic management perspective and comprehensive understanding. Additionally, I completed education studies at Tampere University in 2013. In 2020, I qualified as a vocational teacher and transitioned into my current career choice as an independent trainer and mentor before graduating. In 2010, I graduated from Tampere University of Applied Sciences, majoring in marketing and project management. I have obtained the IPMA D Project Management certification, which speaks to a systematic and detailed approach. I have excellent IT skills and proficient use of image editing and publishing software, which I regularly refine through training.

Since graduation, I have nearly 15 years of experience in marketing and communications, including several years of experience in marketing management, so I can confidently call myself a seasoned marketing expert. My background has made me a competent trainer, although learning continues throughout life. Before transitioning to training, my responsibilities included internal and external communications and comprehensive marketing execution and management. I have planned and executed companies’ complete marketing communications, including a significant portion of social media, and have been responsible for producing and managing marketing plans for company groups. In my marketing and sales-oriented roles, I have also served as a coordinator, responsible for coordinating training sessions, onboarding new staff, and various office tasks. I have also been involved in developing strategies and business for hundreds of entrepreneurs and business owners. I am a doer, and my hands are often found in the clay. I have designed and implemented several websites using Joomla! content management system and WordPress. Reading code and modifying style are not unfamiliar to me. I am skilled in content creation, both in text and audio-visual production, without forgetting prompting.

I am highly outgoing and intuitive. My clients and colleagues appreciate me for my positivity and productivity. Proper communication between parties is close to my heart, and it requires respect for the other’s work or opinion. It is also important to me to bring matters to completion swiftly and meticulously without compromising on quality. My passion is to develop business operations and always strive for improvement.
